In the show "Persons Unknown," at the end of the episode aired on July 12th, 2010; Erika pours anti-freeze down her sink’s drain. Why did the camera surveillance man become concerned?

There was an episode that aired the 12th?? It wasn’t on in my area, TV said it was moved to Saturday.
