What laws deal with use of a surveillance camera in a restaurant, by the owner? Particularly in state of MS?

Is it legal for a restaurant owner to have in use a surveillance camera, or not, in the state of Mississippi? What laws protect or prosecute the use?

If it’s in a public place, then there are no laws against it.

The owner can have cameras anywhere they want except the restrooms and an area designated to change clothes.

the courts have ruled you do not have any expectation of privacy in the workplace except for certain areas, it is very legal and very smart
