My neighbor has security cameras all over his house and he has audio surveillance as well. the majority of his cameras are pointed toward my house and he can hear conversations that I have in my home! It’s disturbing, to say the very least. What kind of jammer should I be using to shut down his creepy operations?
this is not a good thing to disable my neighbors security cameras, you can use some kind of photograph that will disturb camera vision with the illusion of light
If you do that you are risking many years in prison for interfering with his equipment. especially as it is security related. And NO normal security system can hear conversations inside your house. If you consider you are not being paranoid, take legal action. Tell the police you suspect him of spying on you.

It is a felony to interfere with his cameras. That being said, if he has audio enabled enough to hear anything in your house then he is in violation of wiretapping laws and you should report him to the police.
