Solar Powered Surveillance Camera Which Works in Alaskan Cold?

I need a Solar Powered Surveillance Camera which could operate in -58 ºF (yes it is freezing cold in Siberia). The solar powered camera system which I have seen operates in temperature range of 15F to 105F. Maybe there is none at all?
