On Y&R About the Baby switch with Adam and the Doctor There must be security cameras in that facility so?

when Adam lets the young woman escape and triggers the alarm don’t they check the security cameras to see how she left and won’t they be able to see Dr.Taylor handing the baby to Adam and Adam going into Ashley’s room with a baby so shouldn’t someone catch these two idiots sooner than later?
What gets me is that everyone is complaining about this storyline and yet the writers aren’t doing anything about it. You know they have their staff look at stuff like Answers to see how the fans are reacting and with such a bad story, why in the heck are they continuing this? So many people are fed up and ready to leave the show. Are they doing this stuff on purpose for ratings? If so, it’s definitely not working. It’s going to backfire on them if they don’t do something soon.
They hear the alarm sound and first reaction i assume would be to check all the rooms. They are going to see that woman gone and put their focus on her while Adam switch the baby. He will have time to go to the security room and take the video tapes out of the VCR. This is a soap opera so of course they have their little mishaps but it is still interesting. I love Y&R. I just hope Adam doesn’t steal Sharon’s baby and pass it off as Ashley’s. It’d bad enough they are trying to kill Colleen off the show and give the heart to Victor of all people. What are they doing on Y&R.

This show has become so Keystone Cop Like, I doubt if they will ever redeem it to make it worth watching again. The Y&R is scheduled for the chopping block after Victor is killed off tomorrow.

I think Meka G. is correct. That’s why Adam opened the door so that girl could escape – so no one would see what’s going on with Ashley and with Sharon. None of this would happen in a real psychiatric facility! It’s getting ridiculous. And are we supposed to believe no one in that place is going to hear two women giving birth? I’m telling you, this show is really getting aggravating to me. I miss Guiding Light now and was counting on my other soaps. If Victor leaves, I may just have to leave too!

Yea I don’t see that happening without getting caught on the security cameras but I’m sure they will never get caught which is really going to suck. Then like 5 to 10 years down the road they will find out the truth. UGH I so hate this storyline, I mean I don’t like Sharon and I don’t want Sharon and Nick to be together but I so didn’t want to see this storyline.

As in any soap,the illogical doesnt seem to worry anyone. I work in a big hospital and we have security measures that make an airport look lame,but still,babies are kidnapped. I dont know what the heritage is with the girl that sold her baby, but we have only to wait until someone needs a blood test for something and the scam will come to light. It may be soon or it may fade into the past when no one remembers. Introducing a baby who doesnt really belong, gives rise to a ton of story lines. It’s a soap.

Um, the way it looked to me was Adam took the baby from Dr. Taylor, he did not think twice, Adam knew all along what he was going to do. That is so wrong. I can’t believe what the writers are doing to the show.
Y&R Writers Session:
Let’s write in a storyline of a woman who is pregnant and loses the baby, but she doesn’t know she lost the baby, because her belly is still growing?!?
WTF! For those of you women out there that has been pregnant, at 6-9 months you feel that baby move constantly! If you don’t feel your baby move your a$$ is rushing to the doctor. This storyline has really irked me for a loooooong time and even moreso now because of idiot Adam.
well now I am almost to that point again.
I stopped watching Y&R back when they nearly killed off Nick (my man!) but then picked it back up a few days later because I knew I couldn’t stay away
