Is it reasonable to reduce the no.of law enforcers in favor of providing more CCTV cameras to solve crimes?

CCTV is proven yet of being effective / efficient to accumulate evidence of a certain crime.

I wholeheartedly support this proposition.

CCTV provides evidence, and is not capable of setting-up an innocent person the way unscrupulous "law enforcers" do. CCTV also will never ask for kotong or bribe money.

Yes I agree, but the civil rights movement will always have something to say about surveillance cameras and videos.

No. A CCTV is a just an onlooker. It can’t catch a criminal. To maintain a CCTV all around the city is even costlier than hiring policemen to be stationed in every streets.

Actually law enforcers are not enough. The Pinoys just need not a corrupt leader.
