Is it against the law to have Security cameras in public restrooms? If security cameras are found on top of a stall what can be done?

Top of the stall would definitely be out of line. Most businesses will not put any in a bathroom at all. However, if they only viewed the sink area or where you walk in or out, they would probably be legally acceptable, although many might object.

    It’s 100% illegal.

don’t know about against the law, but if there’s enough misbehavior going on in, and around that restroom, i’m gonna find me a bush! little tougher for the ladies, but, if you gotta go, you gotta go!

They are legal if they do not show any ‘private’ areas. Showing the door leading in would be legal.

Top of the stall would not, and I would be VERY surprised if any camera found there would have been installed by the business involved.
