I want to run a website similar to a cctv system but where people can log on and view the cameras?

i want people to be able to view the cameras from my site but am not sure wot equipment i will need or spec of computer or even if you can if you dont understand the question i will try to simplify Do i need a computer at each site or can i use a router?please help
Yes you will need a special lisence to publicsie "Webcam" Which the public will be in the camera, if you have a webcam in your home, and do not show any "Rude" Pictures, then im sure if will be okay.
You need a special camera, which uses a lot of memory, Please see the link below to view some very good cameras.
