I want to know what could be the consecuences on having 2 CCTV surveillance systems in one industrial complex?

In our industrial complex we have 3 plants and in one of the plants we are producing cell phones so we are deciding to separate the CCTV system from the central monitors area just to have one area dedicated to this plant. Can you tell me what could be the consequences of having this system separate? also tell me the benefits. I need to expose that in a meeting to take final decision.
