Hi, couple of potential problems:

1) How have you connected it to the TV? if you have connected the camera to the antenna in socket (known as RF connector), then this is the main reason you are not getting a picture. You need a device called 'RF modulator' which converts the camera video signal to same frequency as the antenna type connection.

Type in RF Modulator in google to find your local supplier. A cheaper alternative is to convert the BNC cable to scart with a cheap connector from Circuit City / Radio Shack, then connect to TV or VCR

2) Another reason you may not get a picture is that the TV channel may not be correct. Check to see if you have an AV input on your TV and remote, if you did use the antenna socket, try tuning the TV.

3) Last of all, if the above does not work, ensure the camera, power supply and cables are connected and working correctly.

Hope this helps
References :
Securicorp Ltd - The CCTV Experts http://www.securicorp.com
