how can i use my ip surveillance camera as a webcam?

i have a wireless outdoor ip surveillance camera. i want to use it as a webcam. does anyone know how i can do this ?
If you mean to use it like if it was a USB webcam, it is not clear that this is an option. Go to the manufacturer’s website and check if they have drivers for this camera, sometimes they provide it. When the drivers are installed on the computer, third party software can use the IP cam as if it was a normal USB cam.
