How Can I easily disconnect the Clifford security system from my vehicle?

My trusted mechanic in this small, remote Arizona desert town found and just swapped out a 2003 Toyota engine for the thoroughly dead 1995 engine and now the security system does not recognize the 2003 engine, so we are not able to even get the starter to turn. How Can I easily disconnect the Clifford security system from my vehicle so that I can get it reprogrammed when I later drive up to Phoenix?
