Dvr cctv camera downloading to pc problem…?
i have a CK-DVR-4920 but i cannot download the file to my pc…
i tried to get the 260gb hardisk and put it directly to the primary slave of my PC, but it was not detected.
i tried to use the software but the software doesn’t recognize it neither
how can i get the videos i need?
Rightclick on the My Computer icon ? Manage ? Disk Management, it should be in there. You may need to change the drive letter for it.
Also, a HD in an external case, must be set as "Master".
try unistalling and then reinstalling yor drivers by going to c drive and rigt clicking it go to properties then find were it says something about drivers find the one you want to uninstall and once its uninstalled restart your computer

Set the BIOS, to detect the hard drive. If the BIOS cannot see it, then the OS can’t.
