It doesn't bother me. It's nice to know that these things are in a lot of places because the bad guys get seen, and eventually caught. It's a shame that we have come to this but, far too many honest citizens won't stop to do the right thing if he or she damages your parked car. too many people don't want to be accountable. Well, since decency and accountability have almost died, steps have to be taken to try to fix that.

Nope,my area is devoid of them and the nearest large town has very few.I think they are a good idea though.
