I am looking for a surveillance wireless camera with sd card option.?

I trying to get information on wireless surveillance camera that has an sd card slot. The camera should function in such a way that when the camera looses wireless connectivity then it should write to the SD card and when the connection is restored then stop writing to the SD card.

Can I use my DVR to record images from my CCTV if so how?

Yes.
Most DVRs will allow inputs from either SCART or phono sockets. Yours might not of course. The CCTV camera is likely to have phono outputs, so just plug it straight in and off you go.
Without knowing the models involved then its tricky to say certainly if yours will.
