Can you install a surveillance camera in a tv?

Or a ceiling fan? Some idiot has me under surveillance; I’ve torn the whole house apart but can’t find the cameras. Yet I know she can see me because she lives next door and makes banging noises when I look at something or touch something that has to do with her. ( All the shades are down, no way to see in.) And whatever she’s using is infrared, because she can see me in the dark. Help! Where can the cameras BE?
