Can I connect a camera to my monitor?

I have a CCTV security camera that has a 4 pin DIN female connector. Is there some way I can hook it up to a monitor with a VGA port?
Is there some sort of adaptor cable that could make this work without any extra equipment?

I believe as long as you have a monitor that comes with L+R audio ports and video ports, you can hook up a camera that came with the cables. but other than that, your situation, i dont think so

For CCTV Camera there are several solution to connect it to a PC or a Monitor. The point is how you want to use it for? If you just want to only view the image in the monitor, you can use an external TV Card to direct the video signal to the monitor.

If you you want the CCTV camera to use as a digital security guard, use a DVR card and software in your CPU to view, record or use it as a motion censor device.

    Good luck and God bless
